The rock of Flimiou
The Rocher du Flimiou marks the entrance to the port of Douarnenez.
He gave his name to the “all-purpose” boat in the port. She was in service from 1965 to 2000 and was used as a tugboat on occasion, for much larger boats.
You will see this valiant little boat at the port-museum, a few steps from 20 d’Ys.
